Playable High Elf concept with it's own nation and city state.

I applaud that creator's effort in making those pictures so close in resemblance to Blizzard's style/quality.

Very much so boring to see, as having another Blood Elf model as a separate playable race with the only added cosmetic customization is facial/body tattoos is uninspired... even if lore accurate. Kind of treads into the territory of discussion as to why High Elves will never be a separate playable race altogether.

But it's still a cool concept.

Ye, I also dont see or believe them ever becoming e separate race in the character selection screen. The blood elf model has now been used so many times and they seem to forget that its the blood elf model. Focus on that for once.

Yes, they are coming, for both factions:

Horde: Blood Elves
Alliance: Void Elves

The current playable Void Elf race needs a rework. Split into two subraces, with a different starting experience for both and a different name label on your character. People should not mouse over you and see "Void Elf" when you are actually a fair skinned, blue eyed Alliance loyal high elf. They should see high elf. Put a Silver Covenant leader in the embassy.

If you want a high elf, just roll a blood elf and make a blue eyed one

We already have 2 versions of high elves, we don't need a 3rd.
