Awww look at you with your attacks on people and then rubbing it in with your faction getting what they want again, and you Anti High Elfers claim to be non toxic but this post contridicts that.

The truth isn't an attack, Kaira. You shouldn't be allowed to use the word "toxic" with there being demonstrable proof that you wished death upon people in the High Elf Discord. You are a walking, talking contradiction that seemingly hasn't learned its lesson. And when you got called on it, you blamed everything short of psychosis for your words. I'm amazed you even show your face in this thread after that circus of emotions.

You guys need to really accept that, at best for the foreseeable future, you're going to get a customization option to lighten the VE skin and hair. I sympathized with some of you before, but almost 3-4 months later, the derangement of this cult is worrisome. Void Elves ARE a product of the unrest of the High Elf community. But you were never getting them, despite how much you think the Alliance "deserves" them. A compromise was all that was ever on that horizon. And now another compromise awaits you as the unrest continues.

It should be obvious why you keep getting compromises instead. They aren't interested in giving you what you want.

I saw the Lost Codex interview and I must say, for those that do support high elves, it was nice of him to bring the question up. I always remain neutral on this subject, so whatever happens, happens. It's cool. I do think some high elf options for void elves, coupled with a few "normal" hairstyles and hair colors would be neat. I'd be fine with that, honestly.

I'm pretty sure almost everyone on the blizzard team knows how passionate and persistent the community is regarding the high elves. At least they definitely do now.

When Ion spoke about High Elves, it was a hot topic everywhere for half a year at that point. Still, he showed a complete ignorance on what people actually wrote about High Elves, he just knew that it was a hot topic. In fact, ignoring feedback seem to be how he acted overall during the BfA development.

So after that I am a bit careful to trust them that they actually check these threads for a detailed information of what people ask for. Although given the negative feedback of BfA, they might do now.

Can I ask you an honest question, what would it take to convince you that HE are never happening?

Give me a benchmark, a ballpark figure, what has to happen to theoretically change your mind?

I'm being sincere and as a sign of good faith I'll give you an example of what would convince me HE are even remotely possible, first things first BE would have to leave the Horde.

It's possible but very unlikely, it's so far out of the realm of possibility this is what HE seem to keep dancing around.

I'd still say that the Zanda Paladin thing was a bit superfluous and mean spirited. There were people just as zealous about getting them as there are people in this thread. There was also toxicity there. It undermines your argument when your last line is something like that, since it comes across as a bit hypocritical in that regard. In the end, I think that both situations were similar from a lore perspective, but not from a gameplay one, so they are not really comparable to begin with.

As fun as it is hiding my eyes with goggles to RP having the right color, and wearing blue...I kinda don't want my faction to kill me on sight. ^^'
Not even getting a tabard solves that sadly. Perhaps I need tattoos, or maybe I need to become crystalline or something before my beloved Alliance stops trying to kill me.

Dont pick at the straws. You're comparing different shades of green against multiple orc clans with different skincolors and tatoos with eye color that could easily be given to belves if they wanted and add an eye color option for blood elves.

You're out of your god damn mind if you seriously think there is even a slight chance for blizzard to reuse the belf model for another allied race slot when something much more fresh could be added instead.

So horde gets a whole new skin while alliance just gets a different eye color which can only be seen if you're dumb enough to play in first person.

But then they wouldnt be void elves.

Blizzard could release them in the Presale of the next expansion, just like they did with Void Elves and Nightborne. I'm sure they would get loads of presales of the new expansion!

They've said that Allied Races wont necessarily come out in pairs. I think, High Elves and Garbage Gnomes in exchange for Vulpera would be fair. Two are recolors of their parent model, one is a visually unique race that looks like nobody on either fraction. Let's be real. Sethrak are staying NPC, and Garbage Gnomes are coming, but they are neither fresh, or highly requested. Also, both the Nightborne and Zandalari use the Night Elf base model.

Ignoring the dramatic and cringy tone, I wouldnt point fingers calling people "deranged cultists", if youre one of the protestors that's been following and antagonizing a request for 4 months. I can't believe people are that protective of character model.
