    March Madness 2018 (College Basketball)

SELECTION SUNDAY! Show with the bracket reveal should start somewhere soon, I think.

Bracket should be here once it's all revealed: https://www.ncaa.com/interactive-bra...etball-men/d1/

Rooting for Michigan, they worked out their offensive troubles as the season progressed and were getting hot in the Big 10 tournament. Hopefully that resulted in a 3 seed in Detroit, but we will see.

Who are you rooting for and who do you think wins? (link your bracket if you have one!)

    - - - Updated - - -

Michigan did get it's 3 seed, but get put out in the West bracket, means they start play in Kansas. Also have North Carolina and Houston looming, going to be interesting.

Two WNY teams made it, UBuffalo at 13 seed, Saint Bonaventure's as one of the First Four. Guess I know who I'm rooting for.

What I don't understand is why there are First Four winners who would then be the 11th seed. I thought the idea behind the First Four were that they were the "worst" teams in the tournament?

OU in while Oklahoma St sits at home is a complete joke. The committee never fails to yield a few disappointing choices.

Texas is in, and we play Nevada first.

This is for you, Andrew Jones!

Also TCU got in for the 1st time since 1998 o.O

    Results from the play-in games:

Action will start for real tomorrow!

Rhode Island advances over the Trae Young lead Oklahoma. Trae Young was impressive for the most part, but the better TEAM play won.

Hoping Penn can knock off Kansas, but all the calls seem to be going Kansas' way. That call at the end that awarded Kansas with 3 foul shots was complete bullshit. Also cheering for Bona, Buffalo (my hometown), and Syracuse although 99% they'll both be bounced in their next games.

Yeah, I don't think Syracuse is going to be able to keep that game close; Carmelo ain't walking through that door.

Didn't realize till now but Michigan doesn't START their game till 6 am my time. Don't think I'm staying up that long tbh. Hopefully they'll just crush this first game and their second game is at a more reasonable hour for me.

Houston NEARLY lost it on the last shot of the game, but they hung on in a surprisingly tough game for them.

On the whole though, not many upsets so far. Only Loyola Chicago over Miami so far basically.

Well somehwo Michigan game is on already. Maybe the time I saw was in ET and not in pacific as I assumed?

Either way, Michigan looks off to start, fouls, turnovers and just bad play. Kinda worried they might be off their game too much to make anything happen.

Been pretty exciting so far, with all the close finishes and an upset.

Ugly ugly game by Michigan, but they win fairly easily in the end. Hopefully they'll actually be ready to start and play better against Houston in the next round.

Butler just beat Arkansas in an impressive win. With Purdue having a major injury to one of their star players, I like the upset potential of Butler over Purdue.

Hard to argue against it, first #16 to beat a #1, and it was the 31-2 unanimous #1 team in the nation, a 20 point favorite that lost by 20.

It has to be near the top in greatest upsets of all time in sports. And certainly most shocking results of all time. 0-135 in 16 seeds vs 1 seeds. Before now.

Game was 21-21 at half. I was watching and just waiting for Virgina to go on a run in the 2nd half but it never happened. Happy I got to witness what is the greatest upset in my eyes.

How does UVA only score 54 points in a game? WTF.
