It's actually really hard to figure out what's satire and what's not on this forum anymore.

Manduin has the hots for a space goat girl, so pretty sure he doesn't want any purging of Xenos happening.

Well it looks like Zandalari are indeed going to be getting Paladin and it will be part of their introduction quests to become allied.

Kul'Trians will get similar quest lines for their introduction but with the Druids.

Don’t forget strongest warriors. For it is human physical superiority that should be praised above else. How else would the pitiful Alliance stand against Horde’s barbarians if not for the strongest warriors of Azeroth!

This is interesting considering that Gonk (god how I hate that stupid name)

So look at this in a more positive light. If alternatives to Night Elf Druidism appear, and they're no longer the sole definitive example of the Druid, then they won't have to be forced to be the neutral representative of Druids to all factions. The Horde can hang out with <Gonk's Gang>, and the Night Elf Druids can decide that Darnassus was enough and take a stand. It'd be ridiculous if Malfurion was still neutral after such a direct attack.

And seriously, don't you want to see Cenarius fight a shapeshifting raptor god?

Gonk's worshipers are bickering with Pa'ku's worshipers, who point out that they worship a god named Gonk.

I do hope Malf and the other Nelf leaders make it out of this expac alive because killing them off at this point would be excessive.

    Blizzard... have mercy
Killing them would be the mercy. Tyrande and Malfurion are such colossal fuckups that letting them live with the aftermath of their stupid decisions - forever - would be a crueler fate. But they're also both so stuck on themselves they don't seem to notice they cause more problems than they solve.

Human druids predate the night elves even being written and references to paladin-like trolls goes back to Vanilla. So not really that big of a deal.

So not really a reference to the Dream itself but to the Loa who guided Darkspears to it? I wish it was more than that but i guess it makes sense that he’d do the same if not more for the Zandalari.

I think they have a pretty sizable story related to it, if they said anything it would give a lot of the new plot elements away too quickly that is why they don't want to confirm Paladin or Druid for Kul'Trians.

I know your desire to defend God Emperor Blizzard is among the strongest forces in the universe, but this has nothing to do with the thread. The thread is a commentary on how humans end up having the strongest members of any Class that is available to them. No one said anything about canceling another Druid option. Being able to continue reading past "Blizzard+criticism" whenever Blizzard is criticized (and that is already a huge stretch in regards to this thread) rather than, you know, "raising a tanty" about how God Emperor Blizzard is treated unfairly is a rather useful skill.

Do we actually know any of the story for these human "Druids?" The image appears to show their shape-change forms as the Drustvar-type "wicker" forms, which would presumably make them antagonists?

Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

Nope. They ass pull Void Elves 2.0

Story wise House Waycrest allied with Drust spirits to take over Kul Tiras. That's why all these witches in Drustvar appear (although they not Drustvar).
