The changes are on the newest beta build. Having Twin Moons (new talent) on the same tier as Soul of the Forest is a little sad but overall looking forward to trying balance when Warfronts open. Assuming the lag is tolerable

Still, we should probably either rename this thread or start a new one for this. We had enough squirrels and goldfish tell us that Full Moon is a talent now already.
