How ? Tier 1, 2 and 3 are 100% bullshit-y passive procs or enhancements you don't even care about except when you're looking at your recount

The team wants item level to matter a lot more in BfA than secondary stats.

Clear enough, they continue with their philosophy of "this item is higher, i equip it without even looking at it". Damn, I hate this, for people like me who likes itemization and choosing your stuff, that's the killing blow.
