Shaman elemental stats.

I'm 946 atm, have 24% crit, 34% haste, 65% mastery, 4% versa.

How my stat have to be? At the moment i'm just taking the best gear trying to cap the crit near to 40% but i think that i have 2 much haste and mastery, true?

The real question is, how % of stat have to be(at least near ~~)?

Cirt around 40%, haste 20%, mastery 55% - something like that.
