From what I've seen the price on GPU's ( at least on the used market ) have gone down quite a bit

Ad hominem isn't really a good method of debate when your point falls apart.
1) nVidia doesn't have a monopoly. Period. I can go buy an AMD card right now that plays games at 1440p just fine.
2) Perfectly good video cards are under $500, and those that weren't and are now, are dropping.
3) nVidia didn't 'ruin' anything, nor did they raise prices.
These are all facts. Not opinions or theories.

I can't stress how much you should research a topic before you post. Otherwise you will embarrass yourself, as you have done here, repeatedly.
Not only have 100% of your posts on this topic been incorrect, as if that wasn't enough you attempted to change subjects when you realized you have no clue regarding anything you have posted in this thread. Did you really think it was a good idea to start an argument, in which you have no supporting facts nor do you comprehend the argument in itself, with a moderator no less, and follow that up by attempting (pathetically, might I add) to change subjects when you realized you were in over your head?
You have no clue about this topic, the mob or whoever else you think runs nevada behind the curtains. Get a clue, stop posting on or about topics which you cannot even begin to fathom.
AMD competes just fine. Protip: Don't involve yourself in topics of which you know very little.

Graphics are not the only reason PC gamer's prefer PC, its the mouse and keyboard aspect for most. The ability to make mods, have addons ect. Not to mention that there are many PC games that would never translate well to a console.. like WoW. Consoles arent trying to beat PC's they are trying to BECOME Pcs

Yes and that is one of the reasons why the prices are so high. Miners and RAM shortage

So you call an 8 core cpu for low to mid range? For all we now it could be a 8c/16t cpu and we don't now yet how good the Navi cards will be.
You can use both mouse and keyboard for the PS4 and Xbox one and it works really good in many games now
