My Frostwolf obviously always speaks Orcish (although he's also semi-fluent in Taur-ahe IC). I often try to utilize Darnassian for my druid as he's obviously spoken it a lot longer than Common. My dwarf only speaks Dwarven/Dwarvish on rare occasion, usually around other dwarves in and around Ironforge.
