    We put that wording in the talents because those spells can be used against creatures, so they won't always necessarily deal that % of damage when used.

    "Up to" is to imply that, say, Greater Pyroblast won't really do 35% of a world boss' health (for obvious reasons).

    Is there going to be a way to know how much damage a greater pyroblast will deal to a world boss? Can't these moves have a wording in them to only allow them to be cast on players? It surely can't be a good thing that players will be using attacks and need addons to aggregate their attacks damage over a period to know how much that attack is doing. Do you have any plans to address this lack of knowledge for the players?

    Against non-player targets, these types of abilities will deal damage based off of your maximum health. Additionally in an upcoming build, abilities that reduce the target's maximum health will base the reduction amount on your maximum health when used against non-player targets. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

    Sorry but what exactly is bad about affliction? Of course it's not as strong as Legion, but it is horribly broken in Legion atm, and it deserves to be nerfed and adjusted greatly. And I say that as someone who mains both affliction and destruction. Go play some other FotM if you can't handle your class not being top for more than a whole freaking expansion lol.

    Can mages get some real changes please? Half our talents are insanely undertuned ever since WoD, removing any choice what so ever.
    So far only frost mage got some attention, while fire and arcane got only few artifact traits/legendary effects recycled, while still keeping most of the crappy talents.
    For the past few patches all there was minor nerfs to damage and now range restriction to displacement, which is very confusing considering mages consistent dmg in beta is pretty garbage outside of cooldowns. Especially in PvP, hybrid classes can out heal you free casting in their faces.

    not everyone plays stuff cause its FotM, i mained bear before Legion when it wasnt the most broken tank and even if it did need to nerfed for BfA you don't want the spec you enjoy to go from the top to the bottom of the trash can

    Someone will always be at the bottom... It's impossible to avoid. Even if they somehow made it so that everyone did literally the same DPS some people would still complain because their class is sorted to the bottom because of alphabetical sorting.

    you clearly dont know how to read these spell changes, the 5% was already part if the prio build so -5% -> -5% is not a nerf

    they just removed shit like for example mark of aluneth for fire

You guys just complain cause you want to heal to max with your filler, and do crazy dps on any setting.     Acendance is a dps loss right now, so i would hope not. But Enh has seen nerfs for the last 3 builds and is barely above tank dps at the moment...

    Don't play affliction so it doesnt affect me regardless. Being OP isnt enjoyable to me as it should be common sense you will get nerfed to a reasonable level eventually or something else will get buffed to be better.
