Cyclone Idea

Just randomly had this idea and thought it would be cool

Imagine if cyclone could be cast on friendly targets too. You could use it on teammates that are getting focused. It could buy them extra seconds to get some CDs back up and it will deter the enemies and force them to attack a new target.

That would be impossibly strong and horrible to deal with in PvP. I love the idea, just know it wouldn't ever be implemented... not unless you want cyclone to go on a 3 minute CD or something.
