BfA Beta - Voidform buggy

Right now on Beta Voidform doesn't provide the 10% Spell Damage increase. I've tested this with all 3 Lvl 100 talents and all our spells do the same damage regardless if VF is up or not. Is this something new iE a problem with this build or has that been the case for longer?

And Dark Ascension doesn't generate 50 Insanity, but I believe this is known.
