question minimum players for heroic/normal raids

how many people do you have to have at minimum to do normal and heroic raids for BfA? It's flex, right? My friends and I weren't sure how many we would need at the smallest.

10 is the fewest number that can do N or H. 20 for mythic (but mythic is fixed size). Normal and heroic can have from those 10 up to 30

theres no minimum number but the scaling doesnt go below 10, highest you can invite is 30
