Cloak got a big buff with the prepatch due to good karma. I feel like it's the strongest legendary in the game right now, but I wouldn't know for sure. On my 210 ilvl WW i used it on last boss in BrH heroic for the shadow bolt volley, and ToK did 100k damage.

It is in theroy. I have fights with it with 24% damage done only because of Karma. But if you read the tooltip you notice that you have to take damage roughly equal to your healthpool in this 10 seconds every 1.5 minutes. So ask yourself, how realistically it is? Can you pull this off savely? It's easy on Aggramar, or other bosses, but nearly a pain in the ass on others, depends on whether your tanks allow you to taunt and know how to taunt back (do you raid in a good group or more PuGs wihtout voice comm at all?) Basically, i'm currently so pissed of by this legendary because of it's unreliable nature, that i stick with a saver route.

I don't think Hit Combo is worth taking anymore. I do believe the other 2 are recording higher numbers.
