No, in general you really don't see a lot of shop/tavern roleplayers on Moon Guard, Alliance side. There were these two female toons, a human and night elf selling lounge cushions though while I was walking to the Blue Recluse.
In Wyrmest Accord, I remember a IC peon coming up to my troll, patting him on the shoulder and advertising his fur and leather bags before being told to get back to work by a goblin.
@Techno-Druid that's a shame It would be great to see some chef that sells actual tangible current xpac food, even more great to see a tavern with customers and waitress.

"We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead
