No, but look at it this way. Trump is pissing off all of our allies, and if he does much more that means we'll be pushed back out of strategic alliances with other countries, weakening our position in the world significantly. Consider also that Trump is conceding tactical positions around the globe to try and make it look like he's making diplomatic "wins" with our enemies. Consider also that China, Russia, and many other Eurasian states hostile to the US are more than likely to ally up, and you have a world in which the US is pushed back and even pushed off the world stage as the world power.

Looking at spending alone, yes we outspend China, Russia, and their sympathizers. But that's just looking at spending. When Trump keeps having strategic failure after strategic failure in diplomacy, it's really gonna suck to be us if losers keep believing Trump is doing anything good for us.

Yeah it is called propaganda. Whenever country A starts a conflict with another country, its media starts demonizing the other country, calling their leader a dictator and a murderer. Usually before they start a war to do a regime change, they try to do it by investing in pet politicians and in their media to spread propaganda and make their population vote for their pet president. These countries will often jail these journalists for high treason to the nation. I don't need to tell you how US reacts to countries jailing journalists lol.
