Tomorrow will likely be something asian.

I am having chicken pie today. Chicken, onions (both spring and dry), three types of mushrooms, in a Mornay sauce (with sharp cheddar, Emmental and Gruyere) with nutmeg, thyme, parsley, feta crumbs stuffed in a pie crust.
It might just be me being a culinary savage, but for the life of me I can't tell the difference between spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti ragu

Was a few nights ago, but

My famous (in my circles) spaghetti. Tomato puree + canned tomatoes or chopped tomatoes, OR pre-made sauce if you're lazy. Pile of herbs, salt, pepper, red pepper. This gets added to the sauteed onions/garlic/mushrooms, then finally add meatballs at the end to simmer while the pasta boils. Can alternatively use ground meat if you want a meat sauce.

Top with REAL parm cheese, don't be lazy and use the canned stuff like me- but it worked fine at the time.

The bread is toast with irish butter with the same herbs I used above + garlic.

It definitely is. Bought from the supermarket, choice grade, but it is.

I mean if it was a New York or Ribeye (which I also sometimes buy) I would just say so.

Homemade Spaghetti. Absolutely loaded with MEAT, just the way I like it. On very slightly undercooked noodles because I like the texture. And they aren't completely soggy for lunch the next day.
