Best leveling strat with legendaries/talents?

So this is mainly towards Assassination but I have been looking at the talents and pvp talents along with legendaries that would make massive mob pulling a thing if you had +1

Legendary Cloak + Shoulders with the Hidden Combo (20%, 20 stacks FoK talent) & Master Assassin (3 sec, 50% crit, weaker shoulder talent) pair these with the radius and dmg pvp talents for FoK and you have massive dmg stacks from the cloak and the fok talent, and massive crit chance from the shoulders and talent.

If you have a blood DK run around and grab everything you could probably leave stealth and kill everything in 1 FoK possibly.

Cloak + Shoulders + Hidden Blades (talent) + Nightstalker (talent) will one shot any non elite, and take most 'rares' to 10% or so. The shoulders and master assassin talent dont do anything extra; 100% crit is the cap, and you already get that with the shoulders.

So, if you can get a tank to round up everything, w/o someone else killing it before it gets group (cause 5000 people in the same area on release), then that would be the fastest way to level.

Im also considering to take the sin cloak today...
Shoulders+belt with mfd and envenom should also work.

The cloak has always to recharge...


Btw: after lvl 106 the legs are BiS because of the good amount of stats they provide.
