    I need real advice

Ok, the time has come when I really need help because I don´t know what else to do. After I did the 10 placements I got placed in silver 3. This is the second consecutive season I get placed in silver (last was silver 1) after I was placed in Gold-Platinum seasons ago. Did I just became bad? I don´t think so because I feel like I still play the same and I know more aspects of the game know more than ever, so is anything wrong with this sistem or I´m going to be in silver forever? Last season I couldn´t got out by any means because, you know, silver is like hell you can encounter anything and people mostly don´t listen to calls.

Acording to hotslogs my MMR now is around 2000 and I should be at platinum in HL. I have an smurf account and that doesn´t happens, I´m always placed in Gold-Platinum.

I need real advice to get out of silver or to fix my HL MMR and get him to my real MMR.

If you don't play often enough your mmr resets. You need to play at least >15 hero league games per season. If you play less the system is unable to predict your current skill and resets your mmr. You then face same conditions as all new accounts - gold 5 is the maximum you can reach. Read the recent patch notes, for more in depth explanation.

Hotslogs is not accurate for most information, even less since they started changing MMR/placement rules 2 seasons ago.

From starting a smurf and playing with 'bad' people I noticted there is no place for complicated macro calls. You simply got to brawl and win on better team fighting.

However there is a catch, you can't be playing Heroes that require your team to play certain way. For example when I play Diablo in higher ranks I do fine, but in low ranks it is rather hard to play him as most of the time your team is unable to follow up on you quickly enough and you find yourself isolated, but playing Muradin you can jump out and reset on your own. On top of that Muradin has much better map presence due to the same reason and going certain build you can even 1v1 most Heroes.

If you want to climb out, you got to accept your fate sometimes. Just stick to your own power picks from each role and slowly try to expand Hero pool on games where you can't pick them for whatever reason and accept you are most likely to lose that game. Also have a rule, that 3 consecutive loses mean a stop for HL that day.

I don't think that is true anymore.

We also do this if a player hasn’t played ranked in a long time, and their MMR in other modes is now significantly different than their existing ranked MMR. Currently, players who enter ranked play for the first time, or after a long absence, can place as high as Diamond 3 after completing their placements.

We recognize that being placed highly when a player is new to ranked can lead to some less than positive experiences if they lack some of the more nuanced game knowledge necessary for success in that league. As a result, new players can no longer place higher than Platinum 5 at the end of their placement matches going forward.

Additionally, we believe the introduction of MMR and rank decay will help account for players who take long breaks from ranked play. As such, these returning players will no longer be re-seeded into placements based on their skill in other game modes.

The poster above me has a great point, in that theres no place for complicated macro calls. Being alone in the 'right' place for an objective/boss/turn-in in most cases means you are in the wrong place. One important skill that makes a good player is being able to play not just with other good players, but also with bad players. Plenty of players in the higher leagues started out there from the moment they started playing, and thus never had to learn how to carry games with bad teammates in lower leagues. I find myself struggling on that aspect as well when i play with friends, since i dont adapt well to different playstyles between games.

I don't know how things are in US but in EU there is a rule you can even see in Grandmaster streams all day which is: With bad players in your team, you don't tank and don't heal but carry dps / pick a superior niche pick. In lower leagues bronze-gold this translates to picking heroes that take effort or counterplay to play against.

In the past this was often translated in split push specialists but since they nerfed specialists along with the change of how towers/forts work this will remain an easy way of the past. Now you really should pick a carry DPS and do your job reflecting to your "true skill lvl". I played a friends account out of bronze 4 to gold 5 just by spaming Zuljin (last season). People don't know how to counter him or are not organized or play well enough in terms of their output to really harm him. They think blind alone picking lili or johanna or cassia is enough but it really isn't. This + Tazzdingo and the stupid myth of "focus that hero"-strategy makes most bronze and silver players feel overwhelmed. Given how strong Zuljin gets over time he is a very good example. Currently there is OP Raynor, seems a good pick too. Some enemy drafts can also be hyper carried by picking niche picks like bomb-KT or reworked Azmodan.

The most important thing when you want more flexible counters is too watch how good the wave clear of enemy team is. Especially in 4/1 map comps it's easy to just win by having the minion wave on your side most of the time. Many heroes are not per se bad in wave clear but if it takes them to focus or waste powerful spells on minions (AA/chromie etc) they have not a good 4 man comp. In such situations you can counter them, easiest way is to have your team pick a wave clear tank like stitches or johanna supported by a carry who can spam aoe into minions on the side. Also heroes who can do merc camps quickly are nice in these situations.

Wave clear as in "drafting good" is the most easiest weakness of lower leagues to exploit. Many myths are there about "counter that hero by picking x or y" but these are minor win conditions compared to not pick sufficient wave clear heroes or caring about what lane strategy you use at all. Most important is not to let your team have hard-to-play roles like carry dps, they die often and do not enough dmg and often pick the wrong carry for the comp.

Soundest advise, like said above, go with the reliables, those you played as the most and felt you had good games as.

Predictable, straightforward heroes are nice there, since you must also avoid being unpredictable to your teammates, especially when it comes to tanks or supports!
