I just ran double ring for Destro and Demo, Sephuz and Netherlords, and for Afflic Sephuz and Sacro/Agony helm depending on the situation while leveling on beta.

I'll probably end up leveling as affliction, maybe double ring? One for movement speed and haste and the other one for slowing adds and 15% more dmg corruption, bigger pulls that way.

Probably sacrolash until tab dot loot a rang on the run stops working... Sephuz in all specs. I could see some uses for KJBW but feels like you would work harder finding a good use for it than actually using it but suppose it depends on your trinkets. I’d use KJBW for instances maybe? Guess you could just kite into it with sacrolash snared mobs and toss a PS/crap pool.
Crafted leggo shoulders actually dont suck though it’s probably not first round draft if you have all leggos for all specs.
