My high mountain tauren is level 31 and honor level 25. The epic bg que says it unlocks at 20 but it still is greyed out for me. Is there something im missing ?

I put in a ticket and found out that there is a bug displaying the lvl 20 unlock and that it should be saying lvl 55.
