Spirit Link now redirects 35% damage to the team (was 50%).
Spirit Link's mana cost has been increased by 12.5%.
Spirit Link reduces the heal generated by Spouting Spirits (Azerite Trait) by 80%.

That section was from PvP hotfixes. Afaik unchanged for PvE unless ofc pvp is what your concerned about.

Yup, this only nerfed the Spirit Link PvP talent, not Spirit Link Totem.

Spirit Link + Spouting Spirits (Azerite Trait) (a BFA neck trait) was OP in arena, as you could get 3x of the trait (which would heal for 4k on spirit link being applied, so x3 = 12k) and could just spam Spirit Link, healing all 3 teammates while splitting damage.
