There are plenty of addons. I use grid2 because I like the compact ones. But you can also use vuhdo or healbot aswell. Use the searching tool, I'm pretty sure there are already a lot of topics covering that.

Another option would be tracking through WeakAuras ... there are plenty of options on wag.io
Choose the one that fits you best.

I use Grid2 and put Atonement on the center icon and PW:S on the right side icon. Each icon has a numerical timer.

Like others have said, I use Grid2. Its very easy to add a spell in the "Buffs" indicator. Then you can select any corner icon and add the buff you selected to track.
