    Rotation:
    1.Use Rampage

Keep enrage up as much as possible. When enrage is up use your highest dmg abilities. Build rage to use rampage again. Repeat

Icy Veins list is a priority list not a rotation.

Eeeeh it's Fury, not rocket science..

    Use Rampage when available
Use Execute > Raging Blow > Bloodthirst when enraged.
When not enraged use Bloodthirst over Raging Blow (Use Raging Blow instead when you get enough rage to Rampage from it)
Keep your Whirlwind Stacks up to cleave with single target spells.

    Voila, Fury mastered

Rotation is a simpler way to refer to your priority list. The terms may mean something a bit different but in reality they are interchangeable.

This. You can treat priority list as a rotation, where every step is actually a list of possible abilities sorted by efficiency. Every step You just choose the first available ability on that list.
