Tomorrow at 8am california time.

People who were at the event said there were 2 different embargos on the info they got there: the one today which was classic-related info, and the one tomorrow which was bfa-related info.

Sure, i don't doubt he could get there somehow, but that just begs the question of why he was going to the Blasted lands anyways. Unless the only portal mage good enough to teleport people to Outland is in Blasted lands, we have to assume he went there to use the dark portal, which again just leaves us back to asking how the portal went back to teleporting people to Outland.

Minor niggle, i know, but i am a staunch believer in explaining plot point thoroughly when alternatives are available, in this case having Thrall still be with the remaining Frostwolves that were shown in Cata.

Likely after WoD orcs or Khadgar or bronze dragonflight fixed the portal so it won't cause temporal disorders and orcs and Draenei would be able to visit their holy sites.

No, it seems pretty specific to solve a Classic-only usecase, to be honest. It is also an inherently integrated thing in phasing/LFR etc which are things that Classic doesn't have so doesn't need support for.

So Classic beta tomorrow, 8.2 in late June-early/mid July, Classic released August 27th, 8.2.5 in September-early October, Blizzcon with new WoW expansion announcement November 1st.

Yeah, they are getting better and better with filling non-expansion years. Usually (before Legion) we just had big content drought in second half of expansion.

Basically it's a new server population thing. Blizz uses the analogy of a tray full of cups. The tray is the server, and when players join they fill Cup 1, then Cup 2....

The big difference from Sharding is players don't move between cups unless they group up. So there's none of that "I just watched someone get sharded in front of me while we were talking."

So mostly it's just a slightly modified sharding.

Though "get sharded" just makes me think of somebody getting disenchanted in mid-sentence, all Varian-like.

I am curious why would anyone in the planet would keep that big portal gate open, man Azeroth really has lazy people/defenders, some day that portal will open the door for the lightbound and probably void monstrosities
