Apparently I had enough pieces to make a second, slightly bigger cafe racer. In red! I'm not going insane from being cooped up indoors, like, at all!

What I hate most about lego is the mark up of discontinued sets. Way more expensive and better investment in gold almost!!

mark up of discontinued sets? I dunno, some Lego Space sets I'm going to be buying are still pretty cheap.

Also, the lack of Castle sets is why I've been campaigning for Blizzard to gift us with Lego Warcraft.

harry potter sets have castles. i find old lego sets to be marked up to absurd amounts in general. even at rummage sales they are being sold for insane prices.

I've still got a bunch of my old LEGOs from childhood and teen years, but I haven't touched them in about a decade. I remember being fond of Bionicle and anything with moving bits, but just building things was fun in general.

Aye. Except back when they were new they were about 150US. Now you can get them from someone else for $300 or more. The issue is you can't buy the individual bricks from Lego for the same price as buying the old set. And some of the pieces were exclusive to that set as well.
