Wondering if I can get to 1800 in 2s and then just cap conquest in 3s every week and get the gear from the 1800 level?

If u mean the rnd reward at the end of a game? No, u will get the gear from the rating of the bracket you are q'ing.

If u mean the weekly reward from the chest, Disciplined is right.
