azerite traits - havoc

Hey fellows!

Whats the dps ranking of the azerite traits for Havoc dps?

I dont know but seems that azerite traits are kind of "whatever" to me atm.

All traits stack but not everyting that the trait provides stack. For example, the trait "Eyes of Rage" which increases the damage of eye beam by X amount and reduces the cd på 0.7 second when consuming a soul fragment. The only stackable part of that trait is the damage "X", the cooldown reduction does not stack and stays at 0.7 second regardless of how many traits you have equipped.
