How do Conquest Rewards work?

Are rewards based on your highest rating that season, or that week? I.E. If I get 1600 rating on week 2 and thus gain ilvl rewards for the 1600+ bracket but then next week I drop to 1550 will my rewards drop to the 1400 - 1599 bracket, or remain 1600+?

I got over 1600+ and dropped down a bit after, but still got challenger+ awards.

Conquest rewards are not based on rating as i see. Weekly rewards are from chest. Weekly chest is also based on highest rating in last week
