No, they removed it because they hate shaman that much.

Mine dropped the first time I went in there on my Shaman in late Legion... not sure about BFA specifically though.

Would love to have a confirmation what difficulty the set drops from, and what rule they follow.
I started weekly farming SoO Heroic since 7.2, and also did occasional Mythic. I still haven't got it as of today, is this thing on the same rarity as Tusk?

When i was originally farming it, it took me, if i remember correctly somewhere in the 80 or 90 attempts to get. It can suck for sure but it probably still drops.

it dropped for me like a week ago, it took me like 2 weeks in all difficulties with my horde and alliance shammy and I was already getting furious but I got it
