Interested to see if any horde players are queuing as alliance. I lose about 80% of random BG's as alliance, something I was hoping would change when BFA launched. I haven't queued as horde this expansion (I've got mains on both factions) but I know the queue times in legion were usually quite long. Add to that the enlistment bonus alliance gets.
So Horde players are you guys just waiting out the long queues or are any of you using merc mode?

Merc for sure. Don't really wanna wait 15 min for a queue.

Yep
10 min queue for horde
Soon as i discovered the guy for mercenary mode i've been using it non stop.
3-2min queue for alliance.

I only recently discovered the mercenary NPC and it changed my life. For the most part I prefer to run as horde because we generally perform better but 1 min queues are great

Only 6 minute queues for me..... I would rather wait the 6min than feel dirty for playing as Alliance.
