placement matches reminder

I totally forgot, can a party queue for team league if some have done placement matches and some haven't? Will it just not let them until all have done placement matches or will it let the guys already placed do the other guys placement match with them?

I havent read about any changes to it, and last season this was possible. Though iirc those who havent done placement matches don't get to ban, regardless of their MMR.
