Indeed, the Diablo3 monk for instance has some real nice effects both from skill impacts and symbols on the floor
needs more cowbell

I agree, but mostly for WW and BrM. Not that MW couldn't be improved, but it definitely a step above the other 2

I like most of the spells as they are now. More flashy spells will resukt in FFXIV type of fights, where you even cant see thr boss because of all flashy spell effects.

And/or some more interesting moves. I think knockdowns and disarms for sure. Some sort of throw.
