Seriously, learn to PvP. WW monks have a burst window. Wait for it then CC, after their CDs are down (which there are addons to track), then nuke them. They'll try to escape when they know they're on CC and you start bursting, be ready for it with slows/snares/etc. It isn't difficult when you have experience.

Pala healers are pretty damn good against mw though, most of their comps won't have an offensive dispel so you got 2x bop and divine shield with sac to completely negate 3 of their fisting attempts.
