Blizzard is full on shoving their melee hunter abomination down people's throats so it meets their participation meter requirement.
They nerfed BM, an already boring and unpopular spec but still played more than Legion survival, into just being good at wpvp and random bgs. And they totally rekt MM, the most popular spec, to make sure no one plays it.

Arenamate seems to be very unreliable with specs and often gets people's offspecs. Supposedly only 50% druids in 2v2 play resto at 1800+ (rest split between boomkin and feral, with a single digit of tanks), for example, and I think in last month I've seen like two dps druids in total.

Hey atleast hunters have 2 spec that are well represented in pvp. There is more prot pallys ranked above 2.4k than there is dk's

Yep dunno if I should laugh or cry that people are complaining about their 1 out of 3 dps spec choices not doing good in pvp when there are literally less DKs in total then some specs out there.. Originally Posted by cobragawd

More people play anything in arena than Holy Priest...
