Does anyone know if this PvP talent also heals yourself while casting Judgement?

As of 8.1 I have confirmed that it does also heal yourself. On an added note, the Grace of the Justicar azerite trait does proc alongside the talent but they do not stuck. They are independent heals from one another, as if one crits the other is not guaranteed to crit too.
Also Judgement of the Pure always prioritizes allies over yourself.
