    Idea for Timewalking Changes

Currently timewalking is a great and fun event but it's very limited in it's interaction. Once a week, players gain access to a bracket of dungeons from an older expansion and end-game players can receive a quest that will give a relevant reward after they complete X amount of dungeons. Along with that players are able to continue to run these dungeons to farm currency for vanity items. Overall not a terrible system but it has many flaws. The content isn't really balanced to keep the 3 main groups of WoW; the vanity hunters, the levelers and the end-game grinders, all equally entertained. I think dungeons for all expansions should be open up for all levels permanent, which timewalking shows is viable at this point, and the Weekly Timewalking event should instead provide end-game players with a new and separate Mythic+ rotation. On top of that the token drops for the Timewalking vendors should be obtainable outside of the weekly event and should provide additional tokens for doing the Mythic+ content.

For the Vanity Hunters i think this is just more beneficial in general. Having more access to something you want is great. The player still needs to do the same amount of work hard to obtain these items, but now they dont have to wait MONTHS at a time to have access to this content. Trying to dedicate a week of grinding 4500 tokens is long, and is not exciting in anyway. Let it be a reward that a player can slowly work towards so they have another pseudo daily or weekly quest without it being blatant and shoved in your quest log.

For leveling this would be a great addition and possibly the most important change. Leveling is tends to be a fairly long process and for players who enjoy dungeons, slowly unlocking and running one dungeon after another in a specific order can be incredibly boring. If players were given the opportunity to spread between multiple dungeons per level, or expansion can really help break up the monotony of leveling and lets the alts of more experienced players enjoy alternate routes through the leveling experience. That said, a few dungeons should be omitted or possibly re-balanced as they are already a problem such as the Icecrown Trio.

When it comes to the end-game content, I think it's important that both of the Mythic+ systems be separated from each other. Ultimately this is because of obvious balance issue that will occur with the older dungeons. Each expansion clearly had a different design philosophy for dungeons and certain things will not translate well. Instead the devs can give specific affixes for each expansion without having to develop generalized affixes for every single dungeon that has ever existed. With this the devs could use Timewalking as good testing ground for potential new affixes or even have fun with it and create silly affixes such as adding in EoA seagulls or Invul ToT Snails that chase you from the beginning. During this week the idea would be that End-game players could run Timewalk Mythic+ for older loot that is end quality as "an alternative" and not as a replacement for current Mythic+ contents.

Remove the silly "only one week thing" have everything open all the time with "bonus" weeks. Open all the dungeons from the time period.
