Everyday I go to bed very well. But from some day my sleep sudden break. I wake up sudden. I cant sleep anymore. any suggestion please?

Use a blue light filter on your phone / PC like an hour before bedtime. Also avoid caffeine 5-6 hours before bedtime. You might not feel the caffeines effect directly after a long time but it can still affect your nervous system.
