    Looks pretty solid, although you might have missed this note:
    Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor does not include a stock CPU cooler. Adding a CPU Cooler to your part list is recommended.

    If your going to the trouble of spending top dollar on a good rig, I'd recommend water cooler over and air cooler, such as this for example:

    That only applies if you're talking about a 240mm or higher radiator. 120mm radiators are a joke and an expensive one at that.

    Aside from the lack of cooler is seems fine.

    If you don't plan on OC'ing much, get a Cooler Master 212 EVO, if you want to OC a lot and want air cooling, the Noctua NH-D15 is about the best there is, if you want an AiO, get a Corsair h100i, or h110i. 120mm AiO's are only really good for small form factor where you don't have room for a decent air cooler or bigger AiO.
