Haven't really played since the big nerf. Do people still run Phantom Assassin? How about Cold Blood? Is there anyone that seriously takes Silhouette, Thief's Bargain or Veil of Midnight?
I would like to know what the consensus here is.

Thank you. What an informative website! I didn't know it existed. Perhaps the devs don't know either. Make sure to send them a link, then maybe they'll rework some of the obviously inferior talents one day.

death from above shouldn't be disabled for pve dfa should work both for pvp and pve.
