    Quests and Death Knight cards

Has there been any communication regarding when quests and DK cards are going to be moved to wild?

I wanna invest into making some of these decks, but i dont wanna see them become obsolete very quickly.

DK cards will be cycled out next year.
So will the quest cards since they were part of Un'goro

Those 3 expansions will move to Wild :

    Quests - Un'goro
    DK - Frozen Throne
Legendary Weapons - Kobolds & Catacombs

In addition, this will most likely be in early April.

You've probably got a good 3 to 4 months to use them as of right now as the new year has started with the first xpac of the year so far. Decent chunk of time and a few seasons in between then and now, so it might be worth the dust.

The new standard "year" should start around... March 2019 I think? At this point, all cards from Ungoro, Frozen Throne and K+C will rotate to Wild, and Standard will consist of the following until the next rotation:

    Witchwood
    Boomsday
    Rastakahn
    [2019 early-year expac]
    [2019 mid-year expac]
    [2019 late-year expac]
