Double cooldown tracking on the same time ??? how do I fix this

Since I use start OnmiCC to track Unstable Affliction. somehow it shows double cooldown tracking on my target's debuffs and on the name plate. May I know how to fix this or how can I add a tracking on UA without using OminCC??? Thnka you again. and here is the screenshots of the problem. https://imgur.com/a/N9FCBZj

You probably just need to turn of cooldown text in elvui settings.
