What's the rotation with this talent st and with havoc is it conflag everyone the dot falls up and never do double conflag for burst trying never to clip the dot

IIRC it munches instead of rolling the damage in so you want to make sure you don't overlap.

I believe it does Pandemic, so you can clip the last second or so without consequence, but it otherwise does not roll yeah.

Incorrect. GoSup (while good) is much more niche than Roaring Blaze is. They have around the same dps worth, with RB being more sustained and GoSup being the bursty option. If you're using infernal on trash more than bosses, RB is the way to go.
