Can't Mass Mill if Necrotic Aura is present

Hi
I want to know if other DK got the same problem.
If I try to Mass Mill (Inscription), and Necrotic Aura (PvP skill) is present, it's not work.
The number I enter reset always at 1.
If I change Necrotic Aura for another skill, I can Mass Mill without problem.

Any of you have the same problem?
With Inscription or perhaps with another profession.
I never see this problem on my other toon. Monk, Paly, Rogue.
So pretty sure it's Necrotic Aura the problem.
I already open a ticket to Blizzard but I never receive an answer from them.

Happen a lot with fishing, or atleast used to break it

It's not just necrotic too, it's litteraly any DK aura

It returned yet again? It happened halfway through 8.0 and blizzard hotfixed. Not surprising this bug returns yet again.

Yeah i got same problem when i fish and a mob is in my aura.

I’ve got the same problem summoning people at the summoningstone when there are critters around. At Freehold for example.
