    What i love is that this nerfs traits that are basically FOR PvP.

    Does anyone think Desperate Power (Afflock trait that buffs the amount HEALED by Drain Life when you're below 50% by a significant amount) is meant for PvE?

    I mean, seriously.

    Why even give it a higher value (and the lower value makes it nearly useless in PvP anyway).

    It is not.

    You will no longer require a heart level to unlock Azerite Traits.

    IN ADDITION, the Heart itself will gain abilities like your Artifact Weapon did. So we're getting MORE shit from Azerite that they wont be able to balance in PvP.

    Then you'd still gain an overall 50% bonus from Azerite traits.
    The intention is to keep the overall powerlevel in PvP the same, if you just nerf the *new* bonus by 50%, you'd still have an overall increase.

    Going by the fact that the system receives a big overhaul in 8.2, you can guess that 8.1 updates did not significantly improve the system.

    Here is a list of all azerite traits that got nerfed in the past
    This are the only ones where we wont notice much difference with the nerf.

    The rest?
    All other traits nerfed and possible future traits also nerfed.
    This is a nightmare for me T_T
    at the same time i noticed some healer buffs, in additon to the dps azerite trait nerfs, which are allready a healer buff......how can this make any sense?

    Even with just a 3s balance in mind, i find that gross.

    I thought about it for a while...

    And the one and only way for this nerf to be countered is to have 2 different traits...that do close to the same thing

    For example a rogue with Ace up Your Sleeve and Deadshot...which both do close to the same thing.
    This should counter the 50 % nerf.

    But in all other situations, where you have traits that do different things....its done, its awful.

    Because you have one trait improving the damage of frostbolt (nerfed by 50%)
    And another trait improving the burst damage (nerfed by 50%)

    Everything is nerfed 50% so you will do nothing in the end :S

    well, time to play Breath of Fire again, until devs fix all of that.

    PvP felt much better in TBC era, heck even WoD era, just before Legion with thier new pvp system - i think i would have quitted the game, if i depended only on wow pvp nowdays....the azerite system unnerfed would have been a bit more interesting with the new 5th ring, but blizz detecded fun and nerfed accordingly!
