    1000$ Budget PC

I have a 1000$ budget for a new PC and would like opinions on the hardware I am looking at. This PC will be used for games, my monitors resolution is 2560x1080. I will not need a Hard drive, case, or power supply or any peripherals. I only need CPU,GPU,MOBO,RAM. The main reason I am upgrading is to play the Division 2, I do not need Ray tracing.

    https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...77&ignorebbr=1Team T-Force Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3000 $89.99

    https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...28&ignorebbr=1AMD RYZEN 7 1700 8-Core 3.0 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo) $169.99

    https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...26&ignorebbr=1SAPPHIRE Radeon RX Vega 64 $399.99

    Windows $100

After Tax and cheapest shipping this comes out to around $900

For about $50-60 more I can get a Intel Core i5-8400. The CPU is only $30 more but the mother board will also be $20-30 more.

What would you change with this budget, resolution and the target game?

You can get a cheap Win 10 over a Key seller for 15-30$.
Checkout if the CPU cooler fits.

You can also got with a AMD CPU and save some $ and get a GTX 2070.

Maybe wait for the GTX 1660Ti, that could be the next best budget GPU.

I would recommend buying the legit Windows 10 as you will have lifetime updates.

It is illegal to go to reddit and look for mstoolkit to upgrade your windows 10 64 pro trial to a full version for free. During the roughly 15 second process from opening the program to generating a key, you will feel incredible sorrow that you debased yourself and became a thief, not to mention stealing from billionaires.

Whatever you do, if you want to be able to sleep at night, definitely do not look for mstoolkit on reddit.

With a great discount on Windows I was able to find, I am now looking at the i5 8400, RTX2070, 16Gigs ram, and Z390 Mobo for $800 +Taxes/Shipping

Is there any particular reason you're going with a locked 8400 on a Z390?
