As I said, Blizzcon will determine this game's fate. If they decide to not announce anything, this will mean that Reforged got axed.

Sadly, there's a lot of truth to this. Blizzard surely will not do the 'right thing' and put any real effort into keeping its promises with WC3R. They'll just move onto the next thing that their marketing department can shove down everyone's throat and lie about. This is how they roll in the name of 'big corporate' now.

I doubt that Blizzard will do any major update for the game, there are just way to many issues that needs fixing. We did see games like No Man's Sky, Battlefront 2 and as of late Fallout 76 which were also games heavily panned on release but have gotten a lot better, so I could be surprised. At this point they should just bring back the original client and have Reforged be its own game so I don't have this worthless 30 GB of models installed that I don't even use. The older UI was also a lot nicer and we had all the features that are missing now.

I still like playing custom games and I hope that the modding community can do some awesome things with the game.

yes, they might as well rebrand this as "early access" and apologize and give free Classic to the buyers in compensation; but it's still nice to see that they are at least getting a step in the right direction

I uninstalled it week ago, couldn't play the game at all.

I was getting constant disconnects during every game after like 15-20 minutes.

It's really ridiculous how such a big company couldn't make a proper HD upgrade for a game that was finished... and still wasn't finished on deliver.
They deserve every bad opinion for that.

Don't expect much. The game bombed, and their garbage language surrounding custom maps and "no copying IP" thing basically made the game DOA for what was probably a majority of the people looking forward to buying it. I know what I was looking forward to the most was getting into a cooler, newer map editor and enjoying a huge resurgence in the hiveworkshop community on a new fancy engine. Fat chance of that happening when you can't make 90% of the cool games that originally existed, like anime wars, etc, because they all rip off IP.

it's even funnier that you see people defend it like "the new EULA already existed in Starcraft 2" like doesn't make it any good or acceptable; almost nobody even noticed it given that SC2 modding is a wasteland compared to WC3 modding

at this point at least Blizzard should make Classic free already.

I assume sale will come around 2 years later, or on next Blizzcon. Either way, I'm sure they'll be too embarrassed to even start a Blizzcon due to the failure of BFA and Reforged
