Archive of the Titans for Prot in 8.1?

How powerful exactly is that strength bonus? I've got a fully fleshed out 390 Gridrunner Galea, so it has Archive of the Titans, Azerite Veins and Impassive Visage on it which seems really fucking good.

Last night, I got a Helm of Tempered Jade and Crown of Bloody Succession and I'm just not sure what to go with. I think the crown is the biggest contender because of the gem and the better traits (Brace for impact, Iron Fortress, Blood Siphon, Impassive Visage ((and i have deafening crash))... But I'm just not sure how much that 240(?) extra strength is worth and I can't seem to find anything online.

You should basically never(read: I don't think there's any situation) use season 1 azerite(Uldir, Honorbound/7th Legion/dropped pre-8.1). Season 2 azerite has 20% more stamina and an entire extra ring of traits.
