Probably the Legend of Stalvan. Duskwood in general is my favorite song.

The quests in the Hinterlands where you save the young gryphon from the trolls is great too.

Duskwood was my favorite zone. The Morbent Fel questline, Stalvan Mistmantle, and The Hermit in particular I loved. Granted, wasn't a huge fan of always running back and forth from Darkshire to Raven Hill.
The proper waifu is a wholesome supplement for one's intrinsic need for belonging and purpose.

This is why you ran to Westfall instead. Generally ended up being shorter if for nothing else than because it was safer ( especially on a PvP server).

One of the few things that I actually remember from back then.
I remember getting that quest, sneaking into the blue dragon cave in Winterspring, and getting blasted from the mother dragon from Winterspring all the way to Darrowmere Lake in Western Plaguelands. I just stopped for a moment, stared at the screen, and went "wut..." We didn't have many teleports back then.
The most difficult thing to do is accept that there is nothing wrong with things you don't like and accept that people can like things you don't.

Everything that led up to the Onyxia quest chain, including the Westfall Defias quest chain and the Missing Diplomat.
I love Warcraft, I dislike WoW

    Thousand Needles !
I loved going up against the centaurs in their largely inhabited homeland. I truly enjoyed this map, it was my first sense of becoming powerful. Going down that giant elevator into their territory, and seeing all of the bridges connecting the mesas and pillars just looked really awesome.

2nd would probably be Ashenvale. Not only does this place have a mystical feel, from the atmosphere, to the music, but the quests made me feel like it was anyone's territory, and they were vying for power in this region: being an elf themed locale so close to Orgrimmar, it made me enjoy the whole Warsong Gulch BG even more. Still probably my favorite zone in game.

Off the top of my head...

    Legend of Stalvan
    The Missing Diplomat
    Darrowshire
Tirion Fording quests in the Plaguelands
    Shady Rest Inn in Dustwallow
    OG Defias Questline
    Onyxia Attunement
Fallen Hero of the Horde's questline (takes place in Blasted Lands mostly)

The Eranikus questline. I waited YEARS for closure...

    Obviously finding Mankrik's wife.

I won't be very original when I say Darkshire was absolutely amazing as a zone and Darrowshire questline was one of the best things ever.

I think that's the best thing about Vanilla, you didn't really just run a streamlined campaign where everyone experiences exactly the same things in exactly the same order. Some of the quests mentioned here were absolutely optional, and some actually weren't given out by an NPC in a hub, have to be found first, and they were sometimes actually hidden. Best part about them was that they felt like actual, separate adventures, and that's what makes RPGs great.

The Paladin Level 20 weapon quest. If it was your first character then it would've been the first questline to really send you on a journey across the world. Marching up to Shadowfang Keep after assembling a group for a dungeon that the Alliance pretty much never did, going to Kalimdor (the long way) for the first time to do BFD and more, all to get what remains to this day a unique weapon model and back then a weapon you'd be using for a good ten or so levels at least. The narrative thread tying it all together was also great. You start off just offering an isolated farmer protection and her husband offers to make you a weapon. That quite basic jumping off point just felt so 'Paladin'.

The Legend of Stalavan. Little more than a glorified fetch quest, but that it was so simple but kept me interested in it's plot, as well as the occasional creepy moment (opening the locker in Eastvale and being ambushed) made it memorable.

I'm also quite fond of the Embalmer questline. Although the Vanilla version was much more of a slog (Ravenhill -> Darkshire -> Ravenhill) it made a lot more sense why this isolated old man would need a spry young adventurer to get his stuff, rather than walking literally five meters to cross into Darkshire. Stitch's appearance was also a lot more memorable when he was slowly marching to Darkshire rather than appearing in the town centre with everything around you being on fire (and then put out) for... uhh, reasons.

Ain't the highlighted bit the truth. When I did the quest on a fresh realm back in the spring of 2006, we were 4 paladins, all on that quest, and a random guildie of another class who made the trek And that 2H mace was sooo sweet.

I mean the most impressive for me was certainly the AQ opening story that started with the head of that BWL boss (the ogre dude I forgot the name).

I don't remember many of the zone quests but I LOVED questing in STV.

    Definitely the scepter quest line.
