Cata wasn't shit, Dragonsoul was. The annual pass was there to cover the content drought during the absurdly long end tier. BFA doesn't have a content drought it just sucks.

i agree, outworld content was good, TB was good (unless you played on an imbalanced server), dungeons were good, first 2 tiers were good, DS was hot garbo
